The Hotel Operations Manager Role
- Reporting to the MD you will be tasked with the implementation of agreed service standards and subsequent delivery.
- As Hotel Operations Manager you will have day to day responsibility for the running of the business, guest care, fulfilment of company pledges and overall financial performance.

Experience required for the Hotel Operations Manager
- You will have a career history as Operations Manager in large quality hotels of a minimum of upper 4*standards.
- Large/ busy hotel background is key to understand the rigor's and demands of such a business.
- Highly motivated you will be a natural leader that supports and empowers his/ her team.
- Well versed in hotel management your will also bring a mindset of challenging the norm to get the best from your team.
