JWR is excited to be working with a stunning award-winning Hotel, looking for an experienced well-rounded hands-on Head Chef with a strong multi outlet rosette background to join their brigade.

As Head Chef you will be tasked with the operational excellence for the venue ensuring that the food offer and standards are executed to the highest standards. You will be adept at managing large teams of core members and casual staff. You must have a high level of creativity and flair in your food and the ability to produce stunning dishes, with a strong focus local and seasonal produce.

This is a highly regarded multi-outlet hotel so experience within a similar high-volume 4 Star multi rosette establishment is absolutely essential, our client isn't looking to achieve Michelin Stars but does uphold an extremely high expectation for quality.
