Stunning country House Hotel with 45 cover Bistro style restaurant, small events room and weddings for up to 80 is now looking for a passionate and hands on Hotel Operations Manager.

This role plays a vital part of the senior management team reporting into the cluster GM, this property is looking for an engaging, personable passionate manager that is able to lead from the front and drive service by setting an example, managing the team and working closely with the GM and Group FC to ensure they deliver great service in a warm and friendly manner

About You!

Already a proven Hotel Operations Manager or senior Food and Beverage Manager with experience of 1 rosette and a presence here in the UK gained within 3 or 4 star hotels, you will be engaging, personable, approachable and hands on in your style

You will be a strong hands on people manager now looking for that next step in your career with a company that is continuing to grow.

Posses excellent demonstrable skills in Guest experience, people management, rota, stock control, ordering together with strong commercial and financial acumen are all vital to success of this role.

This is a full time permanent role available with immediate effect for the right person

As Hotel Operations Manager you can expect:

A strong Base salary to c£38,000 based on a 45 hour week

Paid overtime

£400/Month service

Whilst the property can assist on the short term with relocation this is a live out role
