Description

Facilities Manager - Wiltshire - Unique Leisure Resort - IRO £45-55K.

This stunning property is offering a base salary of IRO £45-55K plus extensive benefits.

My client is an extensive multi-use resort and leisure complex with numerous accommodation options based in the South West, close to Bristol & Bath currently looking for an experienced Facilities Manager.

The successful candidate will be at Chief Engineer / Facilities Manager level and ideally coming from a large 4-5* resort or hotel property with a significant background in facilities management to oversee planning, costing and delivering building and improvement investment projects between £500k-£MM including restaurant and room refurbishments and additions across the large estate.
