Job description
A great opportunity has arisen for a Sous chef to join an extremely well-established pub/Inn company.
As Sous chef you will need to be forward thinking and adaptable in fast paced environment
As Sous chef it will be your duty to report back to the head chef and assist them in anyway necessary to provide an efficient and smooth service.
As Sous chef you will need a hands-on approach and be able to offer your skill-set and experience to elevate standards and efficiency.
It will be your responsibility to adhere to preparing dishes to the head chef's standard.
This role would suit someone from a high-volume gastro/Premium branded pub/restaurant background.
Requirements
A good experience in a pub kitchen background
Knowledge of Allergens & H&S practices.
Assist with the ordering and controlling of stock.
Strong lines of communication with the kitchen team as well as with the management structure.
Reliable and passionate.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
