- Proven experience with conference, banqueting and weddings
- Hands on, passionate, Energetic Self-motivated individual
- Leading by example and develop the team around you
- Assist with the ordering and controlling of stock
- Passionate about food, standards & results
- Experience as a Head Chef within a similar environment
- Maintain company GP
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, positive, and very hands-on Head Chef to join our clients family-owned independent Hotel in the West Midlands with a perfect blend of business & pleasure.
As Head Chef you will work closely with the General Manager and be tasked with the operational excellence for the venue ensuring that the food offer and standards are executed to the highest standards.
The hotel boasts 200+ elegant bedrooms & multiple conference and banqueting rooms, so experience with high volume weddings and events is key for this role.
