As Head Chef you must have the ability to work closely with the General Manager driving the reputation of the hotel and maintaining the exceptional levels of standards and service while operating within branded guidelines, achieving KPI's and other company targets
The menu offers great range of freshly cooked food, using produce sourced from the local area where possible while the hotel boasts 100 + modern bedrooms & multiple conference and banqueting rooms, so experience with a high-volume / Premium branded hotel background is key for this role.
