Operations Manager - corporate lifestyle hotel - Buckinghamshire
This corporate property is looking for a Operations Manager with a strong background working as number 2 within properties offering 160+ bedrooms extensive M&E and a strong business mix of corporate and leisure
The operation has an amazing business mix of corporate clientele Monday to Thursday and a strong leisure following through the weekends
As Operations Manager you will be able to demonstrate the following:
Knowledge of the 4 star market at Operations Manager or Deputy General Manager in the UK for at least 2 years
A strong all round understanding of the Hotel sector
Excellent people leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate your HOD's
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
knowledge of corporate reward schemes would be a distinct advantage
comfortable working evenings and weekends
Hands on by nature with a strong guest engagement mentality
