JWR is excited to be working with a multi award winning hotel located on the stunning Jurassic coastline, looking for an experienced, ambitious Head Chef to lead the team and ensure exceptional dining experiences for the guests.
The successful Head Chef will be responsible for managing the kitchen and overseeing all aspects of the hotel's classic, locally sourced, all day dining food offer, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management.
