Required Skills:
- Minimise wastage and encourage creative thinking
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef within a similar establishment
- Adhere to all company and government food safety legislation
- Ensure good kitchen planning to enable a trouble-free service and customer satisfaction
- Help to promote and maintain a good working environment, leading by example and develop the team around you
- Hands on, passionate, Energetic Self-motivated individual
- Proven track record in delivering high quality dishes in a time pressured environment

JWR is currently recruiting for an exceptional Sous Chef with ambition, drive, and energy, who is experienced working within a fresh food kitchen to join our clients forward-thinking, award-winning seasonality lead organic restaurant in Devon.
As Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the Head Chef creating locally sourced, adventurous menus utilising produce grown within the kitchen garden.
