ROLE: Deputy General Manager - Boutique Hotel & Spa
LOCATION: Lancashire

A stunning 4-star boutique hotel & Spa in the Lancashire area is offering stylish accommodation in a delightful and charming town is looking to recruit a Deputy General Manager to manage the daily to day operation.
The Job:
As Deputy General Manager, you will be responsible for leading, motivating and developing the hotel operations team on a daily basis together with the GM. You will be expected to drive the highest levels of customer service in all the front of house areas and be hands on in every department supporting your team to give the highest quality of product & service.
The Essential Skills:
* Must have previous 4-star hotel experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or Deputy General / Hotel Manager
* Proven experience of managing the daily F&B operation including Restaurant, Bar & Kitchen but also some knowledge of Reception management.
* You must be able to lead from the front and be a strong, credible leader that others will follow.
* Make no mistake, this is a very hands-on role, and you could end up working anywhere in the hotel must to ensure that your guests are happy.
* You must have a very strong F&B knowledge, with a good experience of a quality food operation but also have a broad background of all other areas within the business.
* Must be commercially astute.
