JWR is excited to be working with this elegant 4 Star boutique hotel in Hertfordshire, looking for an ambitious Head Chef to lead the kitchen team and ensure exceptional dining experiences for the guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the kitchen and overseeing all aspects of the hotel's classic, locally sourced food offer.
As Head Chef you will work closely with the General Manager and be tasked with the operational excellence for the venue ensuring that the food offer and standards are executed to the highest standards.
