Operations Manager 4 star hotel and spa Hertfordshire

I am working with a great organisation that is looking for a hands on Operations Manager with an excellent Food and Beverage exposure gained within the 4 star 2 rosette market to help drive service levels within this busy hotel operation

This property is set in acres of its own ground and has built an enviable reputation for delivering great service, enjoys a senior management team that are highly invested in the staff well being and maintaining a true balance of service delivery and staff moral

For this role we are looking for experience of:

Working within the 4 star multi outlet Hotel sector here in the UK either as Operations Manager or Food and Beverage Manager is essential

Strong operational knowledge of operations with extensive F&B offerings to include extensive M&E

Strong hands on style with a passion for the guest experience,

excellent communication skills, with a modern leadership style

Ability to influence service through the effective management of your teams and leading by example.
