This Deputy General manager role will sit as a key member of the Senior team, with all HOD's reporting into it, this is not only a hands on role but a highly strategic one
Working closely with the General Manager, The Deputy General manager will drive service and operations ensuring that the guest experience is second to none
Essential skills for the Deputy General Manager position:
Knowledge of the luxury 4 or 5 star market
experience of the independent hotel sector
already an operations or Hotel Manager within a smaller property looking for a step up
Highly engaging, personable and commercially minded
Excellent attention to detail
Strong self awareness, able to make business critical decisions when needed
