As the Director of Golf, Spa & Leisure, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the operations of world class championship golf courses, spa operations, and leisure facilities. You will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable experiences for its guests, ensuring they have access to top-tier services and activities during their stay, whilst leading an exceptional team to deliver results.We are looking for someone with…
- Proven experience in a senior management role within the golf, spa, or leisure industry, preferably within a luxury resort setting.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent financial acumen and budget management skills.
- Exceptional guest service orientation with a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to introduce new programs and services to enhance the guest experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Relevant certifications or degrees in hospitality, recreation, or related fields is a plus.
