SALARY: £35,000 per year plus

Our client is a leading 4* hotel near Birmingham that is currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to support the smooth day to day running of all the operations within two hotels. You will be based in Birmingham daily, reporting to the cluster GM and offering operational support to the sister hotel in Berkshire.
This hotel is already one of the foremost hotels in area offering quality bedrooms stock, well-appointed M&E and stylish public areas. Only an established Operations Manager will be considered and strength and depth in quality food and beverage operations is a must.
Role Criteria
* The ideal Operations Manager will ideally have 4-star Branded hotel career, together with a strong background within F&B Operations.
* You will need to be hands on and able to lead a very strong team of Managers to drive standards and Quality of service,
* You will be responsible for assisting in the day to day running of the hotels with knowledge of operating in every department.
* You will also be responsible for staff development and training.
* Reporting directly into the General Manager, you must have a good commercial acumen to demonstrate your ability to understand the P&L as well as have control of the payroll.
