Covering South Coast RegionJWR are excited to be working with a leading Casual Dining Brand, looking to recruit an experienced Territory /Area Manager for their sites in the South Coast Region
Salary/Benefits
£60-£75k+

As Territory / Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing 14+ Restaurants, reporting to a Regional Director, with direct reports of all sites GM's/Management teams and working alongside an Operational Excellence leader.This area is one of the brands most profitable areas, so a hard hitter is required! Not a suitable first-time appointment.
Looking for similar experience from casual dining brands, will also look at pub groups and QSR, but more reputable brands, not smaller independents, and experience of managing at least 10-15 sites with a t/o of £15m+.
Requirements
- Previous multi-site experience from a casual dining/retail background of at least 10+ sites
- Highly personable, engaging and energetic.
- Motivate, lead and Inspire and develop teams.
- Customer focused, delivering exceptional service, & standards.
- Driving sales across territory.
- Engage with local communities.
- Financially and commercially astute.
- Solution focused with a problem solving approach.
