JWR is currently working with one of the most prestigious hotels in Bath, looking for a Head Pastry Chef to join their multi award winning kitchen team.
As Head Pastry Chef, you must have proven experience within 3AA Rosette standard kitchens, have an extreme eye for detail and be up to date with current food trends and styles.
You will be working closely with the highly regarded Head Chef, creating stunning modern dishes in keeping with the identity of the restaurant, while using individual flare and ambition. High volume afternoon tea experience is essential for this role.
