Required Skills:
- Minimise wastage and encourage creative thinking
- Similar role held as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef
- Be up to date with current food styles & trends
- Adhere to food safety legislation
- Ensure good kitchen planning to enable a trouble-free service and customer satisfaction
- Help to promote and maintain a good working environment, leading by example and develop the team around you
- Ensure compliance with all applicable Health & Safety/Food Safety laws, regulations, and legislation
- Hands on, passionate, Energetic Self-motivated individual

JWR is excited to be working with a top hotel located in South East London, looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join their kitchen team.
As Sous Chef you will work closely with the Head Chef and produce high-quality, locally sourced, well-balanced dishes across all menus, while motivating and developing the junior chefs in the kitchen.
The Hotel boasts 100 + elegant bedrooms & multiple conference and banqueting rooms and is due to go through significant investment to reposition itself as a leading destination in the area.
