Required Skills:
- Minimise wastage and encourage creative thinking
- Previous experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef within a similar establishment
- Adhere to all company and government food safety legislation
- Ensure good kitchen planning to enable a trouble-free service and customer satisfaction
- Help to promote and maintain a good working environment, leading by example and develop the team around you
- Hands on, passionate, Energetic Self-motivated individual
- Proven track record in delivering high quality dishes in a time pressured environment
- Passionate about food, standards & results
- Creative and up to date with new food trends and concepts
JWR is currently recruiting for an exceptional Head Chef with ambition, drive, and energy, who is experienced working within fresh food kitchens to join our clients independent estate on the outskirts of Exeter.
As Head Chef you will have creative freedom across the menu, utilising produce from the estates kitchen garden and local suppliers in keeping with the restaurants Mediterranean feel. The estate also boasts an impressive outdoor kitchen area with BBQ and pizza oven for those delightful summer months.
This is an incredibly rare & varied role for an experienced self-employed Chef to join a forward-thinking family-owned business who are continually looking to invest and grow the business.
