LOCATION: Birmingham
SALARY: £40-45,000 per year plus

Our client is a leading 4* hotel near Birmingham that is currently recruiting for an Operations Manager or Hotel Manager to support the smooth day to day running of the hotel operations.
The hotel is looking for a good all rounder in hotel operations including Front office and Housekeeping.
The hotel is planning a major re-branding and refurbishment and needs an Operations Manager who has previously experienced this transition and knows what to expect with this project & who has strength and depth in a similar 4 star full service hotel.
Role Criteria
* The Operations Manager will ideally have 4-star Branded hotel career, together with a strong background within front office, nights and end of day reporting as well as knowledge of other Hotel departments.
* You will need to be hands on and able to lead a very strong team of Managers to drive standards and quality of service,
* A good working knowledge of Opera will be a distinct advantage.
* You will also be responsible for staff development and training.
* Reporting directly into the Group General Manager, to help manage an effective cost programme to ensure budgeted sales and profit targets are met.
* Excellent opportunity for an experienced Front Office Manager , Operations Manager or Hotel Manager looking for a progressive and challenging role.
There is also the opportunity for you to develop in your role through offering support operationally with sister hotels and grow into a Group Operations Manager role.
