This 4-star Branded Hotel in Birmingham is synonymous with excellence in guest services. We take pride in delivering unparalleled hospitality to our guests, and we're looking for a Guest Service Manager to join our dedicated team.

As the Guest Service Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring every guest's stay is not just satisfactory but truly memorable.

Your responsibilities include:
Supporting Front Office Operations: Lead a dedicated team in executing daily front office operations smoothly.
Efficient Check-In/Check-Out: Manage check-in and check-out processes with efficiency and a warm welcome.
Guest Concern Resolution: Address and resolve guest concerns and inquiries promptly, going above and beyond to exceed expectations when possible.
Room Reservations and Occupancy: Oversee room reservations and monitor occupancy levels.
Lobby and Public Area Maintenance: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the lobby and public areas.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to enhance the overall guest experience.

We Need You to Have:
* Previous Experience: Proven experience in a front office or guest services role, ideally with knowledge of Opera or similar systems.
* Exceptional Communication: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
* Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
* Passion for Hospitality: A passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
* Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operation.
