Salary:

Required Skills:
- Currently a Head Chef within a similar busy pub environment
- Minimise wastage and encourage creative thinking
- Adhere to food safety legislation
- Ensure good kitchen planning to enable a trouble-free service and customer satisfaction
- Help to promote and maintain a good working environment, leading by example and develop the team around you
- Be a problem solver, ready to come up with on-the-spot solutions
- Hands on, passionate, Energetic Self-motivated individual
- Manage ordering and controlling of stock

JWR is excited to be working with a well-established, independently operated, grill focused gastro pub on Dartmoor looking for an exceptional Head Chef to lead their kitchen team
As Head Chef and will work closely alongside the general manager, pushing this already highly popular pub to the next level, utilising the best organic and sustainable produce in the Southwest.
This is an incredibly rare opportunity for any creative Head chef that is passionate about showcasing the best of Devon in a unique interactive grill dining experience.
