Job Description & Requirements:

As the Head Housekeeper, you should possess effective communication skills, the ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines, outstanding organisational proficiency, and the capability to delegate tasks and manage employees efficiently, leading by example consistently.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Head Housekeeper will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping Department, ensuring seamless functionality and adherence to the company's minimum standards. This role is pivotal in delivering a first-class service to guests, aligning with the hotel's standards and procedures. Responsibilities encompass managing Hotel Bedrooms, Spa (as needed), and all Public Areas.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven supervisory/management experience in a 4/5-star property.
• Successful track record in leading and guiding a housekeeping team to uphold the highest standards and consistency
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
• Strong work ethic, ensuring prompt and top-notch fulfilment of guest requests
• Meticulous attention to detail, taking pride in maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness at all times
