ROLE: Hotel Night Manager
LOCATION: Birmingham
SALARY: around £28,000 per year, negotiableThe hotel can offer you:

Our client is a stunning modern Hotel, located in the Birmingham area & is recruiting for an experienced Night Manager to join the team.
What will you do:
* Oversee the smooth operational running of the hotel throughout the evening.
* To act as a manager on duty for the hotel and to deal with and resolve any complaints, problems, disturbances, special requests, or any other enquiries.
* Ensure the Night Audit is completed and delivered accurately to the Finance Department
* Ensure all Nights team are aware of the Hotel Fire, Health & Safety procedures during the night.
* To work with your night team, ensuring the security of the building throughout the Night shift
* To be comfortable working evenings and to manage all those working the night shift ensuring all team members complete tasks assigned to them.
Who do we need:
* We need a Hotel Night Manager with previous and recent experience in this role in a similar 100-bedroom hotel.
* Knowledge of running night audit and balance end of day will be an advantage.
