I am delighted to be working with an independent hotel, located in the Liverpool area recruiting for an experienced Rooms Division Manager.
A modern, relaxed hotel with around 100 bedrooms, Restaurant, Bar and meeting facilities for over 500 guests where the team take pride in ensuring the best customer service is delivered in the most comfortable surroundings.
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Rooms Division Manager or Front of House Manager who is all about the guest experience during the guests stay, responsible for Reception, Nights & Concierge departments.
We need a resilient Rooms Division Manager or Front of House Manager who can deal with the everyday issues that can be faced with in front of house and therefore you need to be very organised and have a good eye for detail within a 4-star hotel.
What's it all about?
* As Rooms Division Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the Front of house operation.
* This is a very hands-on role within the hotel & needs a manager who has a very strong Reception & Revenue background.
* Must be a good all-rounder to cover all areas of Reception and Housekeeping as required and needs someone to come in and support the inexperienced team through mentoring, developing and coaching.
* You will also support the General Manager who also has a very hands-on approach in the operation.
* With a dedicated team, you will be on the floor, leading the team and being very hands on throughout your shift.
* Take responsibility for Health and Safety within the front of house areas and enforce all health & safety/fire regulations, attending any training as required.
The Essential Skills:
Personal qualities required are:
* A stable career within a corporate hotel as Front of House Manager or Rooms Division Manager
* Has strong reception, Nights and Housekeeping knowledge with a good background within a similar 100-bedroom hotel.
* Good Knowledge of running front Of House and keep a cool head when it gets busy during the peak times.
