JWR is excited to be working with a historic family-owned hotel located in somerset, looking for an ambitious Head Chef to join the team and oversee the hotels brasserie.
As Head Chef, you will work closing alongside the Executive Chef and produce high-quality, locally sourced, well-balanced dishes across all menus, while motivating and developing the junior chefs in the kitchen.
This opportunity would suit an accomplished Sous Chef looking to take the next step in their career & join a highly successful company and continue to grow and develop.
