We are seeking a talented Hotel General Manager to join our client's

prestigious hotel located in the stunning region of Devon.

As the Hotel General Manager, you will be responsible for

overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring the highest standards of

service are maintained at all times.

Responsibilities will include:

• Providing visionary leadership to the hotel team, inspiring them to deliver excellence in guest service.
• Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue growth and maximise profitability.
• Managing all departments effectively, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, as well as legal regulations.
• Building strong relationships with guests, staff, and stakeholders to foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
