Hotel Operations Manager - Bournemouth
a lovely 3 star Hotel presently undergoing refurbishment is now looking for an operations Manager to work closely with an exceptional 25 strong team and drive service levels. Knowledge of the Hampshire/Dorset area with an understanding of rooms led operations is essential for this role
Strong knowledge of H&S, Legislation and compliance
Excellent leadership qualities required to ensure you are able to build on and develop the passionate team
Highly personable and customer facing with a genuine passion for the guest experience
Exposure to F&b is highly advantageous but ideally a good all round Operations Manager
Good starting Salary to £35,000 + great career development
