A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced, hands-on Executive Head Chef to join our clients 4 Star hotel situated in a historic West Midlands town.
As Executive Head Chef be tasked with the operational excellence for the venue ensuring that the food offer and standards are executed to the highest levels. You will be adept at managing large teams of core members and casual staff. You must have a high level of creativity and flair across all menus in keeping with the hotels standards.
The Hotel boasts 200 + bedrooms with multiple conference and banqueting rooms, so high-volume experience is essential for this position. Fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful company and alongside a wealth of experience continue to drive the business forward.
