The Skills / Experience required.
As Operations Manager you will need to have an understanding of the 3/4 star UK hotel sector in a similar role
comfortable training and developing your team of HOD's
Highly engaging and personable with a hands on nature and a passion for the guest experience
strong knowledge of and experience within either an IHG, Hilton or similar style brand
already be located in the UK and eligible to work without restriction
