I am presently looking for a Highly engaging commercial and financially astute Hotel General Manager with a background within New Openings, Luxury 4 star market for this delightful, well positioned 100 + bedroom Lifestyle hotel set to open its doors in early 2025

This stunning 4 star Hotel will consist of c110 excellently appointed rooms

a beautiful restaurant offering a stunning menu

private dining

a lavish lounge and bar area offering afternoon teas

an upmarket cocktail bar

This property is very much a lifestyle hotel and is looking for an experienced Hotel General Manager from the UK market with the following Skills and Experience:

ESSENTIAL:

Experience of a New Opening within the UK

Presently working within the 4 star, silver star or Red Star market within the UK (essential)

A strong stable and consistent career history with at least 2+ years in your last few positions (COVID aside) (Essential)

Highly engaging with excellent commercial and financial acumen

Strong communication skills

Strong Leadership skills, with a genuine love for building and growing your talented team

A passion for the guest experience and a true love of hospitality

Presently based in the UK (essential)
