Salary Up to £50,000 per year
A significant hotel group in the Sheffield area are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager. This hotel will be a major venue in the South Yorkshire region following the opening in Summer 2024, with over 150 luxurious rooms, restaurant and bar, Conference facilities for over 250 delegates.We need a Hotel Manager with experience of managing a very busy hotel operation ideally within a branded hotel environment to understand the challenges of maintaining brand standards and key priorities.
This role would suit a Hotel Manager or Deputy General Manager who is ready to take on a new hotel opening and has vast revenue management and F&B experience within a hotel with volume C&B numbers.
We would love it if you had hotel pre-opening experience too as this will help the team through the transition process and your knowledge will be invaluable and continue to operate the hotel once the doors are open.
We will also need you to have an excellent commercial awareness and ability to lead, coach and develop your FOH teams.
