Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our esteemed client's hotel in the vibrant city of Bristol. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Manage and oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to high standards of service.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage the hotel's budget, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to maximise profitability.
- Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise staff with a positive and productive work environment.
