The Job:
My client requires an experienced hotel General Manager to be a very hands on individual & who wishes to be involved in the commercial aspect of a hotel operation based within a limited service hotel in the Solihull area.
As General Manager, you will be responsible for supporting all the departments with the daily operation of the hotel as well as generating a commercial strategy to attract new clients with volume business.
You will be part of a team to provide the highest levels of customer service whilst ensuring the highest quality of product is constantly delivered too.
The Essential Skills:
Currently a General Manager of a recognised branded hotel with experience of working with brand standards
- Ability to drive the business with volume accounts
- Previous experience of managing a brand change ideally but not necessary.
- Needs someone with a savvy head to be commercially aware of the business in the area to manage the peaks and troughs.
- Able to run the operation of a 150-bedroom hotel with meeting space for around 50 delegates.
