About The Package:
* A salary circa £30-33,000 per year dependent upon experience.

Our client is a luxury 4-star hotel which is very popular for private social events and leisure weekends within a short walk to the City centre.

Looking for an enthusiastic & experienced Bar Manager to provide the very best guest experience at all times, from arrival to departure .

The Essential Skills:

* You will be managing the daily operation of the modern and luxurious hotel Cocktail Lounge bar situated in a rather stunning location of the hotel, offering a full service of drinks and snacks to residents and non-residents. The venue has a lively atmosphere and offers a wide range and beverages along with Brunch and light bites.

We are looking for someone with :

* Previous experience of working in a busy bar with a good knowledge of a varied drinks menu including cocktails.
* Ideally from a hotel environment but not essential.
* The ability to supervise and lead a team within a fast-paced environment.
* Be self-driven, able to work within a large team and be willing to be 'hands-on' at all times.
* Have a good knowledge of working Lounge or Cocktail bars and manage the levels of demand at peak times.
* Have excellent personal presentation.
* Understand the importance of working within costs & be highly organised.
* Be an excellent team player whilst having first class attention to detail.
