We are seeking a visionary Hotel General Manager to oversee the multi faceted property, featuring extensive leisure and spa facilities designed to offer unrivalled relaxation and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive operational excellence, ensuring exceptional service and seamless guest experiences.
- Lead and inspire a dedicated team across multiple departments, including state-of-the-art spa, leisure, and wellness facilities.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to maximise revenue, guest satisfaction, and staff engagement.
- Ensure compliance with the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, corporate partners, and the local community.

Requirements:
- Proven Hotel General Manager experience as a General Manager within businesses of £6m+
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of spa and leisure operations is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A results-oriented Hotel General Manager with mindset with a passion for hospitality excellence.
