Luxury Resort
JWR is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Housekeeper to join a prestigious luxury holiday resort located in the heart of the Cotswolds. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic team known for its exceptional service and stunning surroundings.Salary / Benefits

Opportunities for career development and trainingAs the Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across multiple luxury properties. Working closely with the management team, you will lead a dedicated housekeeping team, ensuring that every guest enjoys a flawless and memorable experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and training housekeeping staff to uphold exceptional standards.
- Overseeing daily operations, including scheduling and inventory management.
- Conducting regular inspections to ensure all accommodations meet quality standards.
- Collaborating with other departments to meet guest expectations and resolve any issues promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering impeccable service.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
