Role Overview:
As Reception Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the front desk operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences from check-in to check-out. Your leadership will drive excellence in customer service, staff training, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
• Train, supervise, and inspire a team of receptionists to deliver exceptional service.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and efficiency at the reception area.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a front desk or reception setting.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and proficiency in MS Office.
• A passion for delivering outstanding guest service and creating memorable experiences.
