The Role:
As Estate Director, you will be the driving force behind the estate's operational and strategic success, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, commercial viability, and sustainable growth. You will oversee all facets of the estate, including:
- Luxury hospitality & accommodations - maintaining the highest service standards.
- Wellness & rewilding initiatives - ensuring alignment with holistic living and ecological restoration.
- Business workspaces & events - fostering a seamless blend of productivity and relaxation.
- Strategic leadership - driving profitability, brand identity, and long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a diverse team across hospitality, wellness, and estate operations.
- Oversee budgets, P&L, and commercial strategy, ensuring financial sustainability.
- Curate world-class wellness experiences, retreats, and eco-tourism initiatives.
- Collaborate with sustainability experts to advance the estate's rewilding projects.
- Maintain exceptional service standards, ensuring a flawless luxury experience.
- Build partnerships with high-end clientele, corporate guests, and wellness communities.
Required experience
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within luxury resorts, high-end hotels, or destination retreats.
- Strong understanding of wellness concepts, sustainability, and experiential hospitality.
- Exceptional commercial acumen with a track record of running a profitable, multi-faceted operation.
- Passion for eco-tourism, rewilding, and holistic guest experiences.
- Ability to lead with vision, innovation, and a commitment to excellence.
