We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a prestigious 5-star hotel in Central London for an experienced and driven Hotel Operations Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the city's most iconic luxury properties and play a pivotal role in delivering world-class guest experiences.Key Responsibilities
Oversee all key operational departments: Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance
Drive operational efficiency and exceptional service standards
Lead and inspire department heads and their teams
Monitor performance metrics, budgets, and guest satisfaction scores
Support the General Manager with strategic planning and daily leadership
Uphold and enhance luxury brand standards throughout the property
About You
Proven experience in a senior operations role within a luxury 4 or 5-star hotel
Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent understanding of hotel operations, finance, and guest service excellence
A guest-first mindset and strong eye for detail
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-profile environment (London experience preferred)
