This is a superb opportunity for a hospitality professional with a passion for excellence and a background in luxury operations to step into a high-impact leadership role.
As Deputy General Manager, you will support the General Manager in overseeing the full operation of the hotel, ensuring world-class service delivery, operational excellence, and team leadership across all departments.
Key Responsibilities of the Deputy General Manager:
Lead the day-to-day operations of the hotel, acting as the right hand to the General Manager
Ensure all departments deliver consistent 5-star standards, from front office to F&B
Oversee departmental managers, driving performance, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency
Uphold and enforce brand, safety, and service standards at all times
Handle high-level guest feedback, VIP arrivals, and oversee exceptional service delivery
Represent the General Manager in their absence, ensuring continuity of leadership
About You - The Ideal Deputy General Manager:
Previous experience as a Deputy General Manager or senior hotel operations leader within a 5-star or luxury hotel
Confident in managing large teams across multiple departments
Passionate about luxury hospitality, guest experience, and team development
Commercially astute with experience managing KPIs, budgets, and operational costs
Approachable, proactive, and hands-on leadership style
Excellent communicator with strong organisational and decision-making skills
