About the Role:
As Hotel Director of Operations, you will oversee the full operational running of the hotel including Rooms Division, F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office and Maintenance. You will report directly to the General Manager and be responsible for ensuring that every guest experience reflects five-star excellence.
Key Responsibilities of the Hotel Director of Operations:
- Lead and develop senior operational teams to deliver outstanding service across all departments
- Manage budgets, operational planning, and cost controls to maximise efficiency and profitability
- Ensure the hotel is compliant with all brand standards and legal requirements
- Analyse guest feedback, financial performance, and operational data to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to execute long-term strategic objectives
- Champion a culture of excellence, innovation, and employee engagement
What We're Looking For in a Hotel Director of Operations:
- Proven experience in a Hotel Director of Operations or Hotel Manager role within a 5-star luxury property
