High End Italian Restaurant
New Opening Tenerife
We are working with a fantastic new high-end restaurant opening in Tenerife and are seeking an experienced Executive Head Chef to take the lead in launching and running this exciting concept.
This is a rare opportunity to be part of a brand-new opening, with full kitchen autonomy and the chance to shape the menu, build the brigade, and deliver exceptional dining experiences to an international clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
- Finalising and delivering a refined menu with a focus on ingredient quality, creativity, and consistency
- Recruiting, training, and leading the kitchen brigade
- Setting up kitchen systems, SOPs, and HACCP compliance
- Driving food quality and presentation to the highest standards
- Managing food costs, stock, and supplier relationships
- Leading daily operations in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
- Creating seasonal and innovative menus, chef's tables, and event offerings
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years professional kitchen experience, including 2+ years as Head Chef/Executive Chef in fine dining
- Strong background in Italian cuisine
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, train, and build a team
- Previous experience with new openings is highly desirable
- Excellent knowledge of food safety, costing, and stock management
- A passion for consistency, guest experience, and menu innovation
- Language skills are essential, candidates must be able to communicate confidently in English, with Spanish and/or Italian highly desirable
