James Webber Recruitment is working with a leading hotel brand seeking an experienced General Manager to take over a busy 100+ bedroom hotel. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven hotel operator to lead a well-established property and drive performance.
The Role
As General Manager, you will:
Oversee all daily hotel operations across rooms, F&B, and events.
Lead, train and motivate a large team to deliver excellent guest service.
Drive hotel revenue and profit, focusing on rooms, food & beverage, and events.
Ensure brand standards are consistently achieved.
Build strong local presence and manage key stakeholder relationships.
The Candidate
Experienced General Manager within a branded or large independent hotel.
Proven success in managing 100+ bedroom hotels.
Strong commercial skills and track record of delivering results.
Excellent leadership, communication and guest service focus.
