Package: c£60,000 UK / c. CHF 64,000 base + performance bonus + relocation assistanceAbout the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Cluster Operations Manager to oversee three boutique resort hotels located just 45 mins from the Bern region of Switzerland. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a dynamic hospitality professional with a strong operational background and a particular strength in Food & Beverage management.As the Cluster Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving service excellence, operational efficiency, and commercial performance across all properties. You will work closely with owners and department heads to ensure consistent delivery of guest experience, effective cost control, and ongoing team development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operational oversight across three all-year-round boutique resort hotels (Total Bedroom Stock 113).
Champion F&B excellence, ensuring high standards and innovative guest experiences.
Implement group-wide policies and best practices to achieve consistency and efficiency.
Drive revenue growth through operational improvements, cost management, and guest satisfaction.
Support and mentor property Managers in achieving business targets, compliance, and brand standards.
Act as the key liaison between ownership and on-site leadership teams.
Candidate Profile
Hospitality degree (or equivalent professional qualification) essential.
Strong multi-site operational experience within the luxury or resort hotel sector.
Demonstrated expertise in Food & Beverage operations with proven results.
Exposure to all-year-round operations (resort, leisure, or destination hospitality preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to relocate to the Bern region; relocation assistance is provided.

Competitive base salary Neg: (£60,000 / CHF 64,000).
