We are currently partnering with a prestigious luxury country house hotel in Sussex to recruit an Executive Head Chef. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced culinary leader to join a team committed to delivering an outstanding dining experience in a high-end hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire, and develop the kitchen brigade.
- Create and innovate menus that reflect the property's high standards and culinary vision.
- Ensure the highest levels of food quality, hygiene, and consistency.
- Manage food costs and budgets efficiently.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships and source the finest ingredients.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Head Chef or senior kitchen leader within a 3/4 AA Rosette or Michelin-starred environment.
- Exceptional culinary skills, creativity, and leadership ability.
- Strong knowledge of modern kitchen operations, cost control, and team management.
- Passion for excellence and delivering memorable guest experiences.
