Conference & Banqueting Supervisor - £25K - Brighton.
The Conference & Banqueting Supervisor Opportunity:
- To aid in the continuing success of the Conference & Banqueting team, overseeing and managing service and guest care.
- As a strong supervisor you will be required to create and implement new standards for the department, training your team to deliver and monitor the progress.
- Aware of costs you will work with the C&B Manager to maintain and improve quality of service in the department whilst developing new and exciting offers to drive sales.

- Quality, very upmarket renowned 5* quality 200 bed hotel, golf and country club resort with an excellent reputation looking for a Conference and Banqueting Supervisor to oversee its 500cv maximum conference/banqueting and wedding facilities.

- Strong leadership characteristics
- Fast paced Conference & Banqueting supervisory experience within busy high volume conference operations.
- Excellent standards of guest care
- Strong at staff training.
