The Client:
An excellent Branded 4-star hotel with exceptional facilities for both business & leisure guests, situated in Peterborough.
The Job:
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Food & Beverage Manager who will report directly into the Operations Manager to provide the very best guest experience at all times, from arrival to departure within the restaurant & bar.
This is a very busy operation that needs a passionate and dedicated individual to deliver food and drink to our guests throughout the day within the 100-seat restaurant offering traditional yet simple menu.
The Essential Skills:
* Must have previous 3- or 4-star hotel food and beverage management or supervisory experience and be able to manage the daily operation of the Restaurant & Bar.
* Be able to lead from the front and be a strong, credible leader and drive standards
* Have a strong Restaurant and Bar knowledge as you will have worked in a quality food operation.
* Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, with guests, colleagues & senior management
* Must be passionate about the hospitality industry & constantly delivering top class customer service
The Package / Benefits / Opportunities:
The Assistant F&B Manager position offers an annual salary up to £24,000 but can be negotiable for the right person and excellent company benefits with a well-known Hotel brand.
In line with UK employment law, you must be eligible to live and work in the UK without restriction and be able to work in the Peterborough area.
