Job description
As Finance Manager, you will have excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to oversee existing systems and processes, whilst achieving high standards of work within given timescales.As Finance Manager, you will be highly professional and flexible in your attitude, providing support and a pro-active management accounting service to the hotel directors, managers, and heads of department, maintaining accurate financial accounts, and exercising diligent financial control over the whole business.
Single site or cluster experience within a branded or independent hospitality environment preferred.

Required Skills
Previous experience from a similar size/standard operation, preferably leisure-oriented hotels.
Recognised industry qualifications.
Provide management accounting services using the existing Hotel format.
Manage production of weekly reports.
Oversee production of period management accounts, providing a concise commentary.
Perform financial appraisal of project and capital expenditure.
Lead the annual budgeting process and supervise the budgetary control system.
Monitor and manager systems for Key Performance Indicators.
Review performance against agreed financial objectives, plans and budgets.
Assist with, and control costing within the business.
Assist with performance management.
Prepare financial forecasts.
Excellent IT Skills
